The next step in our process is to educate you on all the loan programs available that pertain to your situation, and assist with any tedious document preparation needed. Like any service that you may be able to do on your own, the research and paperwork can be stressful, time consuming, and confusing, but by allowing us to assist you, you can rest assure that you are properly completing everything needed and are on your way to being burden free from student loans.
Step 3. Determination
One of our most important steps in the process, that we take great pride in, is being there when you receive your determination. It can take a while before you receive notice from the Department of Education regarding any applications sent to them for review. We always want to make sure that you are satisfied with our services and will be there if any further assistance is needed.
